Delivery to the stand and collection from the stand for trade shows
Drivet Transport International organises transport for trade shows and exhibitions in France and across Europe. We can handle the movement of stands, furniture, technical cases, communication materials, equipment, samples or goods required for the exhibition, while taking account of build-up slots and venue access rules.
Where the organiser and venue allow it, delivery can be made directly to the stand so that teams have the equipment in the right place at the right time. After the event, we can also organise collection from the stand and return transport to your depot, supplier or another destination, in line with the dismantling schedule.
These operations require precise preparation: access badges or permits, hall and stand number, imposed time slot, on-site contact, handling conditions, potential waiting time and possible temporary storage. Our aim is to secure the outbound and return transport chain and prevent transport delays from disrupting event build-up or dismantling.
For projects that require a higher level of service, we can also organise a white-glove type operation, with the scope agreed in advance: careful handling, delivery to the exact location, unpacking, positioning and, depending on the stand or equipment involved, coordination of assembly and dismantling with the appropriate technical teams.
